I stood outside my cottage in the remote Black Mountains with my dog.A semi tame jackdaw from the nest in the chimney perched on my head.A cow looked on as a rabbit ran towards us along the track.I felt like Saint Francis of Assisi.Moments later the animals became aware of each other and things changed.
